The Society for Renaissance Studies and the RSA Conference in Berlin March 2014

The SRS has long believed that there is a reciprocal agreement between RSA and SRS to the effect that all RSA members can attend any of our conferences without joining SRS and that all SRS members can attend RSA conferences held in Europe (currently every five years) without joining RSA. SRS has for some years advertised this as one of the benefits of membership.

Abstracts are invited for papers about "Women & Diplomatic Culture in Early Modernity," for a possible SSEMW Co-Sponsored Session at the American Historical Association's annual meeting in Atlanta in January 2016.

Seminar: The Relation of Literature and Learning to Social Hierarchy in Early Modern Europe

The following sessions will be held at 2.00p.m. (ending by 3.30p.m.) in Hilary Term 2015 in All Souls College, Oxford (except for the first two sessions -- their time and location are different). There will normally be two papers per session.
