Booking:
You will be able to reserve accommodation at Liverpool Hope via the conference registration portal. You can either book at the same time as paying your registration fee for the full conference or book separately.
Check-In & Access:
Check-in is on Wednesday, 19 July 2023, from 6-9pm only. Delegates have been asked to leave campus by 8am on Thursday, 20 July 2023 and return after 6pm. This is due to Wednesday and Thursday being Graduation Days at Liverpool Hope and the campus will be very busy. Check-out is before 10am on Saturday, 22 July 2023.
Transport:
There is no parking available. A shuttle bus will be available to take delegates from the Waterfront to Liverpool Hope after the drinks reception on Wednesday 19 July. A shuttle bus will also be available to take delegates from Liverpool Hope to the city centre at 8am on Thursday 20 July.
At other times, there are regular bus services to Woolton Road. The 75 and the 86C bus costs £2.00 for a single journey.
Description
Delegates will stay in Wesley, Newman and Teresa Halls on Liverpool Hope University’s Hope Park Campus. Rooms offer a single bed, double wardrobe, study area, chair, drawers and shelves, plus ensuite shower room and toilet. Rooms are arranged in flats of five, all sharing a large kitchen and dining area, which is equipped with fridge-freezer, cooker, extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Please note that no crockery, cutlery or pots and pans will be provided. All rooms offer free wireless internet access. Accessible rooms are available with wider door frames, lower light switches, and wet room facility.
